4) Adds 1174 Max Health
5) Increase your Health Recovery by 2% of your sum total Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance.
This Alessian set can be bought in Cyrodiil for Alliance Points, or you can find it in Guild Stores and buy it for gold.
It can be quite expensive.
The Bright-Throat’s Boast Set:
2) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
3) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
4) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
5) While you have a drink buff active, increase your Max Magicka by 2000 and your Magicka Recovery by 167.
The Bright-Throat’s Boast set can be farmed in Murkmire (requires the Murkmire DLC or ESO+) or you can buy it in Guild Stores.
Ring of the Pale Order:
2. Restore 22% of the damage you deal as Health, up to a maximum of 2750 Health per attack.
You cannot be healed by anyone but yourself.
This ring you have to Scry for, so put on your best Indiana Jones Hat and get into Archeology.
Race, Mundus & Consumables.
Race: Altmer or Argonian.
Altmer (High Elf) will give you the highest DPS in this build, but I play an Argonian for the fun of it and didn’t race change for the video.
The difference is not that big, but you will be able to see it if you play Altmer.
Increase your experience gain with Destruction Staffs by 15%
Increases your experience gained by 1%
- Spell Recharge:
When you activate a class ability, you restore 640 Magicka or Stamina, based on whichever is the lowest. This effect can occur every 6 seconds.
When you are using an ability with a cast or channel time, you take 5% less damage.
- Syrabane’s Boon:
Increases your Max Magicka by 2000
- Elemental Talent:
Increases your Spell Damage by 258
Argonian has higher survivability, with slightly more health and a boost to healing will do that, but also the insane 4000 Health, Magicka, and Stamina every time you drink a potion.
Increase your swimming speed by 50%
Increase your experience gain with the Restoration Staff Skill Line with 15%
- Life Mender:
Increase your healing done by 6%
- Argonian Resistance:
Increase your maximum Health by 1000 and Disease Resistance by 2310
Increase your Maximum Magicka by 1000
When you drink a potion, you restore 4000 Health, Magicka, and Stamina.
Mundus: The Steed
This Mundus bonus is under-appreciated, You get running speed and Health Recovery, which both are great in PvP.
If you want to get out of trouble you just put your best foot in front of the other and your gone, this adds speed in all stages of movement.
Food/Drink Buff: Corrupting Bloody Mara
For this build, I am using Corrupting Bloody Mara, but any high stat Max Magicka + Max Health will do (Check out this post with the 10 Best Food/Drink buffs in the Elder Scrolls Online 2021).
The Corrupting Bloody Mara gives you increased Max Magicka by 4620, Max Health by 5051, and Health Recovery by 505 for 2 hours.
If you are a vampire, the tainted blood in this drink will corrupt you, increasing your Stage to 4.
These effects are scaled based on your level and can be used from level 1.
(Vampire is not needed for this Magicka Templar PvE Build).
Alternative food buff: Withered Tree Inn Venison Pot Roast
This is a base game tristat food that has been around forever, but that doesn’t make it bad. Quite the opposite, this is a GREAT food buff both in PvP, for Tanks, and in SOLO PvE.
The downside is you have to be at least champion point 150+ to be able to use it.
Ingredients needed to make this delicious gourmet dish is:
Game, Carrots, Apples, and Frost Mirriam.
Potions: Essence of Health tri-stat potion
This is the potion you NEED, as ressources is everything in a PvP fight.
If you run out of ressources your dead!
I know there are a lot of fancy PvP potions that will make you immune to snares and so on, but besides the flat Health, Magicka, and Stamina boost here and now, you also get 40% increased recovery in all three stats.
Never leave the safety of PvE without it!
Lorkhan’s Tear + Mountain Flower + Columbine + Bugloss
Poison: Damage Health Poison IX.
You can use any poison you like, but I do recommend you check my list of Best PvP Poison’s in ESO, and use the one that suits your playstyle best.

Magicka Templar PvP Build Summary.
This Magicka Templar PvP Build was made with one specific goal in mind, and that is to help those of you who are getting into PvP for the first time.
One thing that can crush everyone’s spirits is dying all the time, and this build will give you plenty of time to react in a fast-paced environment.
With this Magicka Templar PvP Build, you will be able to survive for a long time, which also means you could start out as a support role and work yourself up to being in the midst of battle (some times you will be right in the center even though you thought you were a laidback supporter).
The Magicka Templar PvP build 2021 is under constant development, and this page will be updated to reflect that. The latest build video is always found at the top, but you might have found this page via another video.
