How to use quick slots in ESO?

Now, let’s assign some items to the quick slot wheel. In your inventory, select the item you want to assign. It can be a weapon, potion, emote, or any other tool you want quick access to. Once selected, you need to choose which quick slot you want to assign the item to.
On PC, you can use the numbers 1-8 on your keyboard to assign items to the quick slots. Alternatively, you can right-click on the item and choose the “Assign to Quickslot” option. This will bring up the quick slot wheel, and you can select the desired slot by clicking on it.
On consoles like Xbox, the process is a bit different. Use the D-pad (Tab to Use, Hold to assign)
How do I access quickslots in ESO?

Press and Hold “Q” to activate your quickslot wheel, and point your mouse in the direction of the quick slot item you want to be able to use, release “Q”.
Now when you press “Q” the chosen item will be activated. Most items have a 45-second cooldown timer before you can use them again.
