The Ark Contaminated Zone Location for the Winter Stash 2023 Ugly Green Sweater, is located in the East Mall zone just North of the Castle Settlement.
The Stash is only available at night, and held by a Supply Run convoy you need to intercept alongside the route to the Dark Zone East Main Entrance.
